Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and documentation included.
Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and the return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.
